AWESOME! My legs finally came around and I'm feeling strong, again. Yesterday was really tough on me, but my legs pretty much went numb to any soreness or pain.
Day 4:
Rode with Kevin Berger, Ross White, Jesse, Dave, and Ben. The six of us did "Big square." It isn't exactly a big square, but it's similar. Go straight for 10 miles, turn, go straight for 5 miles, turn. ZzZ. Well, until we hit this at mile 49, 56, and 61:
Yes, it was that steep. It burned...but I took some picturs at the top of it.

And look what I got! That would be a tan. Sorry for the crappy iPhone pic; I'll get another one at the end of my trip that is actually higher quality. Because I know you all care.

Grand total of less than 4 hours, over 73 miles. Only 2100kJ, though. I did a decent job of drafting. 185 TSS and CTL is now 65.
Day 5:
I actually did Mt. Lemmon to the very top. All 25 miles. Woe is me; I had to put arm warmers on at 6500 feet because it got chilly!
It took me 5 hours, including some riding around the neighborhood when I was done. I needed a 5hr day. Granted, 45 minutes of that was descending an average of 38mph. Top speed was only 46mph, though. It's a steady gradient for most of it, with a few small climbs.

Hi from 8000 feet! I was getting vertigo looking over the cliff.
CTL is now 69. Steadily climbing, just like the roads around here!
I almost forgot to post the route information:
8200 ft!
