Tucson, day 10

I forgot to post this last night. But here's a cool picture from my bedroom:

Today was a 4hr ride with 2 pros and 2 cat1s.
Ryan Baumann (Bahati Foundation)
Tom ? (Mtn Khaki),
and the two cat1's from RideClean: Jared and David

It was a Big Square variation. Up the front side of Gates Pass, Big Square-ish loop, then up the backside of Gates Pass. I won a town line sprint, which was sweet. It came out to 1100w for 15 seconds, 900w for 20sec, with a peak of 1350w.

We averaged 20.3 or 20.5mph (depending on whose computer you looked at) for just over 80mi. IF=0.75 for 4hrs, which puts me at a nice 220 TSS for the day...whatever that means.

I will post once or twice in the next 5 weeks. After that, collegiate racing starts at the end of February, so check back the for regular posts on races! Ciao!
